1.(Condizioni generali):
Tutte le modalità di vendita, consegna e pagamento sono elencate in dettaglio nelle varie sezioni del Sito e durante il checkout e sono da ritenersi parte integrante e sostanziale del presente contratto. Le condizioni applicabili ad ogni singolo ordine saranno quelle esposte sul Sito al momento dell'ordine stesso. Le eventuali nuove condizioni saranno efficaci dal momento della pubblicazione sul Sito e si applicheranno alle sole vendite concluse successivamente.
2.(Offerta al pubblico):
Tutti i prodotti ed i prezzi indicati nel Sito costituiscono un'offerta al pubblico con le limitazioni e le modalità contenute nel Sito stesso e nelle presenti condizioni generali di vendita.
3.(Prodotti):
Le caratteristiche essenziali dei prodotti sono presentate sul sito all'interno di ciascuna scheda prodotto. Le immagini ed i colori dei prodotti offerti in vendita potrebbero tuttavia non essere corrispondenti a quelli reali per effetto del browser Internet e del monitor utilizzato.
4.(Prezzi):
Alla spesa del Cliente si applicherà esclusivamente il calcolato al momento dell'ordine, senza alcuna considerazione di aumenti o diminuzioni di prezzo, anche per promozioni, eventualmente intervenute successivamente o precedentemente conclusesi. Tutti i prezzi sono comprensivi di IVA ma non di eventuali tasse doganali da considerarsi a carico dell'acquirente se applicabili. Il costo della consegna non è compreso nel prezzo dei prodotti.
5.(Accettazione degli ordini):
L'ordine inviato dal Cliente sarà vincolante solamente se l'intera procedura d'ordine sarà stata completata regolarmente ed in modo corretto senza alcuna evidenziazione di messaggi di errore da parte del Sito. Circuiti Gioielli non inserirà nella spesa prodotti non espressamente ordinati dal Cliente.
6.(Conferma d'ordine):
Nella sua casella di posta elettronica il Cliente riceverà conferma dell'ordine effettuato con il riepilogo dei prodotti, dei relativi prezzi, della data ed ora di consegna e delle condizioni generali e particolari applicabili all'ordine stesso.
7.(Consegna):
Circuiti Gioielli consegna i propri prodotti in ogni parte del mondo . Per qualsiasi anomalia riscontrata contattare il Numero 0321.45.55.16. Circuiti Gioielli non sarà responsabile per eventuali ritardi occorsi durante il trasporto.
8.(Prodotti non disponibili e limitazioni all'acquisto):
Circuiti Gioielli non sarà in alcun modo responsabile per la temporanea o definitiva indisponibilità di uno o piu' prodotti. Nel caso di indisponibilità, anche temporanea, dei prodotti richiesti, Circuiti Gioielli si impegna a informare tempestivamente il Cliente secondo le modalità previste dall'art. 54 del D.Lgs 206/2005 ed a non addebitare al Cliente il prezzo corrispondente o, in caso di pagamento anticipato, a rimborsare al cliente l'acquisto qualora ne riceva richiesta.
9.(Mancata consegna):
Per la consegna è necessaria la presenza del Cliente o di un suo incaricato all'indirizzo indicato nell'ordine. Sarà inoltre facoltà di Circuiti Gioielli escludere il Cliente da successivi acquisti o subordinare la prestazione del servizio al pagamento on line.
10.(Pagamento):
L'acquisto può essere pagato dal Cliente a sua scelta con le seguenti modalità:
- Bonifico Bancario
- Carta di credito
- Contrassegno
11.(Fattura):
La fattura sarà emessa per ogni acquisto sulla base dei dati forniti dal cliente durante l'ordine online e sarà inclusa nel pacco contenente l'acquisto del cliente.
12.(Diritto di recesso):
I diritti del Cliente sono tutelati dal D.Lgs 206/2005. Il Cliente ha, pertanto, il diritto di recedere dal contratto, anche parzialmente, senza spiegazioni e senza aggravio di spese, a condizione che il recesso sia comunicato mediante raccomandata A/R a CIRCUITI GIOIELLI Via G.Puccini 5, 28100 Novara, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal giorno del ricevimento dei prodotti. La comunicazione può essere anticipata, entro lo stesso termine, tramite e-mail (all'indirizzo info@circuitigioielli.com) o fax (al numero 0321.45.55.16). Tale comunicazione dovrà specificare la volontà di recedere dall'acquisto, i prodotti per i quali si intende esercitare il diritto di recesso, allegando copia dell'ordine. Il Cliente dovrà quindi restituire a proprie spese il prodotto.
Se il recesso sarà stato esercitato conformemente alle modalità descritte, Circuiti Gioielli provvederà a rimborsare la somma versata per l'acquisto del prodotto nel più breve tempo possibile e comunque entro 10 giorni dalla data in cui è venuta a conoscenza dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso da parte del Cliente. L'importo rimborsato sarà al netto delle spese di consegna.
13.(Responsabilità):
Circuiti Gioielli garantisce il rispetto delle norme di qualità relative ai prodotti; è esclusa ogni responsabilità relativa al cattivo stato dei prodotti dovuta ad impropria movimentazone successiva al momento della consegna.
Circuiti Gioielli declina ogni responsabilità per danni diretti o indiretti di qualunque natura essi siano o sotto qualunque forma si manifestino, conseguenti all'utilizzo del Sito e/o delle notizie, foto ed informazioni ivi contenute.
Eventuali contestazioni relative all'esecuzione del servizio potranno essere sollevate, a pena di decadenza, nei 10 giorni sucessivi alla consegna dei prodotti.

Per ogni e qualsiasi controversia che dovesse insorgere in relazione all'applicazione, interpretazione ed esecuzione delle presenti condizioni generali di vendita, sarà inderogabilmente competente il Foro di Novara.

E' semplice perchè i prodotti sono facili da trovare, grazie alla suddivisione per categorie e al motore di ricerca; è intuitivo perchè una volta trovato il prodotto che cerchi ti basta inserirlo nel carrello; è sicuro perchè i pagamenti possono essere effettuati tramite bonifico, in contrassegno oppure con qualunque carta di credito o tramite PayPal.

Ci sono diversi modi per trovare prodotti su Circuiti, uno di questi è scegliere un reparto dalla barra di navigazione e navigare poi nei sottoreparti; un altro modo è quello di ricercare i prodotti attraverso il motore di ricerca. Inoltre nella home page si possono trovare novità e occasioni.
La scheda tecnica dei prodotti
Ogni prodotto in vendita su Circuiti avrà una sua scheda contenente dati tecnici ed una accurata descrizione; quindi in questa sezione oltre al prezzo, si possono reperire diverse informazioni utili e le fotografie dei vari prodotti.
Il Carrello
Una volta trovato e scelto il prodotto, nei modi che hai visto in precedenza, per acquistarlo non devi fare altro che cliccare sul pulsante "Compra"; questo è il fulcro del processo d'acquisto, e riassume in poche righe tutte le informazioni di cui si può avere bisogno.Inserire un prodotto nel carrello non implica l'acquisto. Puoi giocare con il carrello inserendo tutto quello che desideri, fare i tuoi conti e poi svuotare tutto.
Ordinare un prodotto
Dopo aver controllato che tutto il carrello sia a posto, devi solo cliccare su "Invia l'ordine"; a questo punto compare una pagina dove dovrai inserire i tuoi dati di fatturazione e la modalità di pagamento che preferisci. In fine, per confermare l'ordine, dovrai cliccare sul bottone "Prosegui".
Spese e Pagamenti
